Hi! My name is CeCe Thomas, and I am more than honored to be able to run for this foundation.

It will be 9 years this coming April that my Bumpa passed away unexpectedly. About 6 months before his passing, we took a family trip to Tanzania & spent time with the kids at a school called Tumani Junior School of Tanzania. It was there we were able to play with and meet the lovely children who had the opportunity to attend school & continue education through their incredible learning programs.

After Bumpa’s passing, we were able to build the school a science lab in his memory for the children we had met there that inspired & sparked again our excitement of classroom learning. To be able to have an impact on children across the world in this way is something my family holds close to our hearts, & something I will always feel honored to support. I am so excited that I get to join my love of running & passion for people & human connection through this foundation.
