Today, across sub-Saharan Africa, far too many children diagnosed with cancer never receive the specialist treatment they desperately need. While survival rates in many Western countries exceed 80%, here the odds are heartbreakingly reversed. You can help change that.

When you run the 2027 TCS London Marathon with Team Shoe4Africa, you’re not simply chasing a personal best or ticking another marathon off your bucket list. You’re helping build the Shoe4Africa Juli Anne Perry Children’s Cancer Hospital; the first dedicated children’s cancer hospital in sub-Saharan Africa.
