Hello!

I’m running the 2025 TCS New York City Marathon for SHOE4AFRICA.

On November 2, 2025, I’ll be running to support Shoe4Africa’s mission to build the first-ever children’s cancer hospital in sub-Saharan Africa.

This is so important because in a region home to 1.3 billion people there is NOT A SINGLE standalone children’s cancer hospital. Kids with cancer need wait in long overburdened queues for treatment.

As a Kenyan-run, community-driven organization that only employs Africans for their projects, Shoe4Africa has an amazing track record. It has donated over 8 million meals, built 6 public schools in rural Kenya, created women’s empowerment programs for survivors of domestic violence, and opened East & Central Africa’s first public children’s hospital, which now treats over 400 kids every day. Now it’s time for a hospital devoted exclusively to pediatric cancer.

I need your support to cross both the 26.2-mile finish line and our fundraising goal. Every dollar you donate goes directly to the project of building this new hospital.
