The communities we serve are almost exclusively people of color, and we are proud to champion their voices, stories, and futures. Our board reflects our commitment to gender equity, with 50% of its members being women who bring diverse perspectives and leadership to guide our initiatives. For all our African-based projects, we exclusively employ African citizens, ensuring that the work we do is led by and for the people it impacts most.

To maximize the impact of every dollar donated, we have never rented or owned office space at our NYC base. Instead, we prioritize lean operations and maintain a permanent, donated on-the-ground presence in Africa, ensuring that our resources are directed where they are needed most—into the communities we serve.
