Hello everyone and welcome to my 2025 United Half fundraising page! I am excited to be partnering with Shoe4Africa to help raise funds for the construction of sub-Saharan Africa’s first children’s cancer hospital. Thank you for stopping by to consider supporting this amazing cause.

In 2015, Shoe4Africa opened East & Central Africa’s first Public Children’s Hospital, which to date has provided crucial care to over 1,000,000 children. While this is an incredible accomplishment, over 9 out of 10 children diagnosed with cancer in this region do not survive (an inverse from the United states where childhood cancer has an 85% survival rate). Shoe4Africa is looking to save lives by building a dedicated children’s cancer hospital.
