This November I will be running the 2022 New York City Marathon with the charity team: Shoe4Africa. I am running with Shoe4Africa to help raise funds for the first kids cancer hospital in Sub-Saharan Africa.

I am beyond humbled at an opportunity to get to run in such an iconic race as the NYCMarathon. Personally, running has always been a hard endeavor for me, and to devote so much time and energy toward it – to be able to cross that finish line on November 6 – I wanted it to mean something more. So I have partnered with Shoe4Africa.

9/10 children diagnosed with pediatric cancers are dying in East Africa. This hospital is an answer to much prayer. I am so excited to be able to take my passion for children and my absolute love for the people of Africa and merge them together for this amazing cause. What thrills me even more is that 100% of every contribution goes toward saving kids lives! So every penny of whatever amount you pledge will directly go toward helping these children through this hospital. (A huge blessing for them, tax deduction for you, and dose of encouragement for me! <3) I have a massive goal in front of me - to run 26.2 miles and to raise $3,000 for Shoe4Africa.
