Family, Friends, and other Good Humans-

Thank you for taking the time to visit this page. I will be running in the NYC Half-Marathon 2023 on behalf of Shoe4Africa a registered 501(c)(3) founded in 1995 by philanthropist Toby Tanser. Shoe4Africa Children’s Hospital in Eldoret, Kenya is the first public hospital of its kind in sub-Saharan Africa. This 13.1 is about the children. I’ve run in many events but never on behalf of the 400+ people receiving treatment at the Hospital daily, to support their educational programs, or for the empowerment of our Brothers and Sisters in Kenya.

100% of your contribution goes to the Children’s Hospital and patient care, and are tax deductible under US law. Most importantly, each of you will provide me will personal motivation during the course in knowing “we are doing it together.” That said, if you have 3 or 20 friends please let them know of what we are doing and send them here!

I have run on many, many streets in our great Country, but there is no place like NYC and no better cause than Shoe4Africa.
