shoe4africa - make the difference!
Dear Family & Friends,
I am excited to run the NYC Half Marathon on March 15, 2020 with Team Shoe4Africa, along with my wife, Heather. My goal is to raise $1,000+ for this worthwhile cause; every donation is tax-deductible and greatly appreciated.
Founded in 1995, Shoe4Africa was created with the vision that no child is denied basic healthcare or quality education. The charity’s mission is to “Save and Empower African Kids Lives and Empowering Women.”
Shoe4Africa Children’s Hospital is the only public Children’s Hospital in Kenya, and provides healthcare and medical services to over 400 children daily, as well as jobs to medical professionals in the area. To date, Shoe4Africa has opened five schools, providing free education to over 1,600 students! Many famous Kenyan runners support Shoe4Africa, as well as celebrities, including Hugh Jackman who has run for their charity team. Shoe4Africa also provides shoes to children. Shoe4Africa is a reputable charity that has been featured on CNN, including with Dr. Sanjay Gupta.
I would love your support! Every donation makes a huge difference in the lives of the children & families receiving aid from Shoe4Africa, as well as their communities.
