Dear Friends and Family,

I am so grateful for your support as I participate in the 2023 TCS New York Marathon to raise funds for Shoe4Africa! Your contributions, regardless of the amount, will be used to directly impact the lives of African children born into poverty and battling cancer and other illnesses.

The funds raised by myself and other runners will go directly to the Shoe4Africa Children’s Hospital in Kenya, the only children’s cancer hospital in sub-Saharan Africa, serving a population of over one billion people.

Since its inception in 2015, the Shoe4Africa Children’s Hospital has been a beacon of hope for countless young patients. They have treated over one million individuals, extending a lifeline to those who need it the most. The hospital has distributed more than 5.6 million meals to hungry mouths, has been a source of employment for thousands of workers, and has helped over 17K students attend school. However, the need is still great, and with your generous support, we can help the hospital expand its reach, improve its facilities, and provide the vital care these children desperately need – all while transforming lives and spreading hope.
