shoe4africa - make the difference!

I have always loved children.  They are sweet and innocent.  There is so much potential in each and every one of them.  While they may be limited by their environment when young, they hopefully will have the ability to rise above it all and make choices to overcome those limitations as they grow older.

I was heartbroken to hear that in Africa, 9 out of 10 kids diagnosed with cancer will die.  While no level of cancer is good, these statistics are a stark difference to those living in the United States where it is 1 out of 10.

Innocent children in Africa deserve a better chance to have a future.  A better chance to turn their limitations around and inspire others to do the same.

Help me in my quest to raise money to help Shoe4Africa build Sub Saharan Africa’s 1st Children’s Cancer Hospital and to give kids their innocence back.  100-150 beds will save hundreds of lives each year.

I am grateful to everyone who is willing to help.  No amount is too small!

Shoe4Africa is an amazingly generous foundation that operates on a very low budget, but strives to make a huge impact.  Their mission is much more than shoes.  It is to HEAL, EDUCATE, and EMPOWER. ❤
